Terrible experience first time ordering!

I placed an order for two pair of shoes on 11/23. I was charged for both pair on this day. One pair was delivered 11/29 and it was a used pair of shoes. I tried to ask for a return label in an email and received no response. I ended up going into a store out of my way to return them. The other pair I was charged for on 11/23 still has not been received. The estimated delivery date is 12/8 which is absolutely ridiculous. I requested to cancel the order and was ignored due to this amount of time to receive an item. Terrible experience ! I will never place another order.
