Beautiful shoe but not comfortable at all

(1) The color is not really nude but a shade of light pink and (2) the sizing was off and they felt too big, but also even with no-slip heel pads, they were not comfortable at all.

We hate that the Blesa pumps didn't work out for you, Beryl. They do run a bit large, and that definitely would have affected the comfort level for you. Someone from our support stuff has already reached out, and we're hopeful we'll be able to get you in the perfect shoes soon!
