The semi-exquisite footbed is lined entirely in piumato leather — an exceptionally soft, supple material that wraps the entire contoured base in a luxurious feel found only on Birkenstock's most premium styles. Beneath it, the legendary cork-latex anatomical footbed — made in Germany — molds to the unique shape of your foot over time. A deep heel cup holds the heel firmly in its natural position, interior and exterior arch supports cradle both sides of the foot, a transverse arch support stabilizes the metatarsal bones, and the toe loop encourages natural toe splay with every step. A flexible EVA outsole cushions from the ground up.
