Returns - $12.00 Label Fee
Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method once your return is delivered to our warehouse. It’s a flat rate of $12.00 for return delivery if you choose a refund. This amount will be deducted from your refund total. Outbound shipping fees are non-refundable unless we've made an error on our end.

Store Returns - No Label? No Fee!
If you're close to one of our retail locations, you can drop off your return there, and they'll make sure they get back to the right department. The store itself will not issue your refund. The refunds will be processed through the internet returns department. Please allow 2-3 business days. We'll email you with a confirmation that your return was received and your refund or exchange has been processed.
