We hope that you'll love what you ordered. In the event something doesn't quite work, we'll gladly accept unworn, or defective merchandise for return or exchange within 30 days from the shipping date.  Don't worry if you're a little late. We have you covered.

Exchanges - Free Return Label

Fit wasn't quite right and you want to swap it for the a size up or down? Maybe the color didn't quite work?  Decided on something different instead? An exchange is your best option. The cost to return your exchange is on us!

Create a prepaid USPS return label (using the #2 button above) and your new item(s) will be sent as soon as your original parcel is received. The sooner you return the original, the faster you’ll receive the replacement!  

* Your replacement order will process in 2-3 business days, usually sooner. We'll email you the tracking number when its on the way.  You'll be able to track the entire process online.

* NOTE: This option will only be available if we have enough stock on hand of the preferred size – if stock is running low or it’s already sold out, you won’t be able to choose that size. If your size sells out before you’ve sent the original back to us, you’ll automatically be issued a refund along with our deepest  regrets.  Your label is still free.

Refund - $12.50 Return Label

Your refund will be processed back onto your original payment method once your return is delivered to our warehouse. It’s a flat rate of $12.50 for return delivery if you choose a refund. This amount will be deducted from your refund total. Outbound shipping fees are non-refundable, unless we've made an error on our end.  

Please allow us 2-3 business days to process your refund. You'll receive an email notification that you refund has been submitted to the bank.  Once we've sent your refund through, it's up to your bank how quickly the refund posts to your account.  Most people see their refunds post in 5-7 business days. 

Store Returns - No Label? No Fee!

If you're close to one of our retail locations, you can drop off your return there, and they'll make sure they get back to the right department. The store itself will not issue your refund. The refunds have to be done through the internet returns department.  

OUR RULES

Shopping online should be as trouble free as shopping in store. For this reason, our Returns Policy is super simple.

You have 30 whole days from the day you receive your order to decide if it's not quite right. Everything you buy on our site is eligible for return or exchange. If you're a little late, don't worry! You can use our automated returns/exchange system for up to 45 days.  After that, you'll need to contact our friendly and efficient Customer Service Team.

Returns must be in their original condition - this means unworn and with boxes in tact. In the rare instance where you may have received a faulty product, please Contact Us directly and we'll be certain to set things right -- and right away.

We reserve the right to adjust your return method if your return arrives in an a condition which does not meet our returns policy.  There is a $15 re-boxing fee if you return your footwear without its original box.  By "original box" we mean the SHOE box. You're welcome to ship things back in a different shipping box.  Please don't use the shoe box as your shipping box! If you do, the re-boxing fee applies.
