The fit wasn't quite right and you want to swap it for a size up or down? Maybe the color didn't quite work? Decided on something different instead? An exchange is your best option. The cost to return your exchange is on us!
Just select the #2 button above to start the process. You can even exchange for an entirely different item by selecting "Shop now with return credit." You'll receive an additional $10 credit to shop with, but please make sure not to use your browser's back button, as this will negate the credit, and you will have to start the process over to receive it.
At the end of your exchange process, you will get a prepaid USPS return label, and your new item(s) will be sent as soon as your original parcel is received. The sooner you return the original, the faster you’ll receive the replacement!
* Your replacement order will process in 2-3 business days, usually sooner. We'll email you the tracking number when it's on the way.
NOTE: This option will only be available if we have enough stock on hand of the preferred size. If stock is running low or it’s already sold out, you won’t be able to choose a new size. However, you should still be able select "Shop with return credit." If your new size or style sells out before you’ve sent the original back to us, you’ll automatically be issued a refund along with our deepest regrets. Your label is still free.
An exchange is one transaction only. We can't exchange an exchange, but we can start over with a new order!
Refund - $12.00 Return Label
Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method once your return is delivered to our warehouse. It’s a flat rate of $12.00 for return delivery if you choose a refund. This amount will be deducted from your refund total.Outbound shipping fees are non-refundable unless we've made an error on our end.
Please allow us 2-3 business days to process your refund after we have received it. You'll receive an email notification that your refund has been submitted to the bank. Once we've sent your refund through, it's up to your bank how quickly the refund posts to your account. Most people see their refunds post in 5-7 business days.
Store Returns - No Label? No Fee!
If you're close to one of our retail locations, you can drop off your return there, and they'll make sure they get back to the right department. The store itself will not issue your refund. The refunds will be processed through the internet returns department. Please allow 2-3 business days. We'll email you with a confirmation that your return was received and your refund or exchange has been processed.
