Our Exchange/Return Policy

Creating happy, long-term relationships with our customers is our goal. If something went wrong or you're just not as happy as you'd hoped, we're here to make things right.

Exchange
Exchanging your item for a different size, color or style is fast, easy and free.

Start the exchange process to get your prepaid USPS return label. We'll send your new item as soon as we receive your original item(s). We'll email you the tracking number when it's on the way.

Note: An exchange is one transaction only. We can't exchange an exchange, but we can start over with a new order.

Return
Start the return process  if you do not want to exchange for a different item. Your refund will be credited to your original payment method, minus a $12 return label fee, once we receive your return at our warehouse.

Return in-store for free
If you're near a retail location, drop off your return there. Your refund will be processed through the internet returns department. (The store itself will not issue your refund.) We'll email you with a confirmation that your return was received and your refund or exchange has been processed. Please allow 2-3 business days.

DETAILS
You have 45 days from the time you receive your order to decide if you love it or if it's not quite right. Nearly everything you buy on our site is eligible for return or exchange.*

Returns must be in their original condition—this means unworn and with boxes intact. If you received a faulty product, please contact us directly, and we'll make things right immediately.

We reserve the right to adjust your refund if your return arrives in a condition that does not meet our returns policy. A $15 re-boxing fee applies if you return your footwear without its original shoebox. Please don't use the shoebox as your shipping box! If you do, the re-boxing fee applies.

Outbound shipping fees are non-refundable unless we've made an error on our end.

Refunds
All refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment. If you paid with a Gift Card, your refund will be issued back to that gift card.

Please allow 3-5 business days to process your refund after we have received your item(s). We'll email you when we submit your refund to your original payment source. Then, it's up to your bank when the refund posts to your account. Most people see their refunds posted in 5-7 business days.

* Clearance items may not be exchanged, but may be returned due to limited inventory.
