Our sales associates attend Comfort One University—the elite training academy for shoe whisperers. Before each associate is entrusted with pairing shoes to your feet, a mentor guides them across the fit and form of every single brand we carry.

Giving Back to Our Community

We believe that a good pair of shoes can be life changing. But we know there are even more ways we can make the world a better place. So far, we have planted over 10,000 trees and collected 25,000 pairs of shoes for those in need. We also encourage our employees to give back by offering them 50% pay and time off for volunteering.

Established in July of 1993 in Old Town Alexandria, Comfort One Shoes started as a local, family-owned business with a single location.
