Love this shoe, it is exactly what I wanted. Easy to put on, comfortable, and ankle area warmed with faux fur. My regular size is 8.5 medium but I had to go up to a 9 because my toe had no room in the 8.5 and it was very tight. The 9 gives toe room and the option to wear heavier socks. The shoe exchange was easy and I received the larger size very quickly. I am very satisfied with this purchase.
