Insoles fell apart

Bought these last winter and wore then less than 10 times. Kept hoping they would break in a bit but they never fully did, they remained feeling too narrow in the toe box. Put them on this year and after a few wearings found the insoles crumbling, the top fabric completely separated from the bottom. Very disappointed, will look to other brands in the future, not Naot.
