Ok but not great

The foot bed is harder than I expected and theres not much arch support.

Product Ideas: A boot with comfort and slight cushion and not too much heel.
Improvements: Arch support has got to be reasonable. This style went wrong some where. I used to have a pair of the same shoe so I was looking forward to getting a new pair.

Love the style but the comfort is awful. The arch does not match my foot. It is so off that I looked at the box to see if they sent the right size. Very disappointing. Now I have to find time to go to store in between ice and snow storm!!!

They make great slippers!

I have had this style before in another brand for slippers but these are well built and very good looking. Note they do have a high arch. I have plantar fasciitis but it's been under control for years now since I watch what I put on my feet. Took minimal time to mold to feet and are very comfortable. I purchased my shoe size 9 and yes they give you just a little extra wiggle room, so I'd say true to size. I wear them everyday!
