My doctor wants me to do ore walking and she recommended these to me based on the ones she wore. My previous walking shoes, a well-known brand, were several years old and needed replacement. I pondered the purchase a bit, but I’m sorry I waited!

This is my second pair, I also have a pair of Brooks, but these are my go-to for cross-training. Something about how my heel sits while doing lunges, box jumps, etc.
